| Description | | | | I’m Itamar Daisy, founder and CEO of Oma. I have 8 years of software development experience and I’m building Oma as a privacy-first safety intelligence company for senior care.
My strength is combining product, business, and execution. I can define the market, speak with customers, build the GTM motion, raise capital, manage pilots, and also understand the technical architecture deeply enough to work closely with engineers.
I’m looking for a strong technical co-founder because Oma is a hard, meaningful problem: edge AI, hardware, privacy, and real-world healthcare workflows. I bring the founder drive, domain research, customer discovery, investor work, and product vision. I’m looking for someone who can own the technology side with the same level of commitment. |

| What am I looking for | | | | Oma is building privacy-first safety intelligence for senior care facilities. The system detects falls, distress, and behavioral anomalies using edge AI — without cameras, wearables, or sending raw data to the cloud.
The first market is assisted living and nursing facilities, where staffing shortages, unwitnessed falls, and alarm fatigue create a real operational and liability problem. Oma helps care teams move from blind routine checks to exception-based care: respond when something actually needs attention.
The long-term vision is not only reacting to emergencies, but helping facilities identify early risk signals before incidents happen.
My ideal co-founder is a hands-on technical leader with strong experience in AI/ML, DSP, edge devices, or embedded systems. I’m looking for someone who can build, make hard technical decisions, move fast, and eventually lead the engineering organization. Most important: someone who cares about building a serious company, not just a cool demo. |
