I turn early-stage chaos into an execution machine. While you focus on building the core technology, I will own the business side to prepare the startup for scale:
- Setting up lean, clear execution frameworks, planning cycles, and objective KPI metrics.
- Designing pricing and aligning the tech team with the business model.
- Syncing cross-functional dependencies to ensure effective execution.
