I have an idea and I'm looking for a Co-Founder
|
|
|
| Description | | | | Tell us about yourself
I’m a builder who started in healthcare operations, not tech.
Seventeen years in home health taught me how broken eligibility, intake, and compliance workflows really are. I don’t tolerate inefficiency, and I don’t romanticize complexity. If something can be simplified, I will obsess over simplifying it.
I’m not a hobby founder. When I commit, I commit fully. I think long-term, I operate with urgency, and I take responsibility personally.
Background
Clinician by training. Operator by evolution. Founder by necessity.
I’ve run teams, handled regulatory environments, managed revenue pressure, dealt with audits, and delivered care in messy real-world conditions. I understand healthcare systems from the inside — not from pitch decks.
TrueTime is not random for me. It’s the convergence of:
Deep domain knowledge
Pattern recognition across broken workflows
Obsession with speed + clarity
I stepped into tech because no one was fixing this correctly.
How I contribute to a startup
I bring:
• Vision and narrative clarity
• Market understanding and buyer psychology
• Relentless execution bias
• High standards
• Comfort with responsibility
• Ability to sell and close
• Strategic thinking about structure and scale
I also bring intensity. I move fast. I push. I expect excellence — from myself first.
Why should a kick-ass Co-Founder choose me?
Because I won’t quit.
Because I take ownership.
Because I don’t hide from hard conversations.
Because I think big but execute granularly.
Because I respect intelligence and challenge — I don’t need to be the smartest person in the room.
And because I want to build something meaningful, not just profitable.
I don’t want a helper.
I want a partner. |

| What am I looking for | | | | I’m building TrueTime — an eligibility and intake infrastructure layer for home-based healthcare.
Right now, agencies waste hours verifying insurance, interpreting documentation, and clearing patients. It’s slow, manual, and error-prone. That friction delays care and kills operational efficiency.
TrueTime combines:
• AI-driven document extraction
• Structured rules-based clearance logic
• Audit-ready compliance tracking
The goal is simple:
Deliver eligibility decisions in under 90 minutes with transparency and reliability.
We are in early production stage:
MVP built
Infrastructure live
Extraction pipeline functional
Pilot conversations underway
It’s no longer an idea.
It’s a system that needs reliability and scale.
What’s important in my perfect Co-Founder
Ownership mindset
Not “helping.” Not advising. Owning.
Technical depth with discipline
Security-first. Clean architecture. Calm under outages.
Ambiguity tolerance
This will not be linear. It will break. It will pivot. It will stress-test us.
Intellectual honesty
Push back when I’m wrong. Argue with logic. Win debates with reasoning.
Long-term thinking
I’m building for 10+ years. I don’t want short-term thrill.
Emotional stability
No ego spirals. No passive resentment. Direct conversations.
I’m not looking for someone to execute my vision.
I’m looking for someone to co-create it and carry the technical burden with pride. |
