| Description | | | | I’m a Commercial Director with hands-on experience building and scaling a regulated healthcare business in the UK. I currently lead commercial strategy, business development, pricing, partnerships, and growth planning at Oath Healthcare a family-run care and staffing organisation operating across multiple regions.
My background is very execution-driven. I don’t live in theory or pitch decks I’ve been involved in tenders, framework pricing, contract negotiations, operational scaling, and cash-flow-sensitive growth in a heavily regulated sector. I understand what it takes to grow sustainably while staying compliant.
For the franchising arm, I bring market insight, go-to-market strategy, unit economics, brand positioning, and partner acquisition. I’m structured, commercially sharp, and comfortable making difficult decisions when required.
A strong co-founder should choose me because the foundations are already real: an operating business, proven demand, and a clear expansion vision. I value trust, accountability, and momentum and I’m looking to build something meaningful, not just chase an idea. |

The core business already operates in the healthcare space, supplying care and staffing services. Franchising is the next strategic phase expanding reach while maintaining quality, compliance, and commercial discipline. This is not a concept-stage idea; it’s an execution and scale opportunity.
My ideal co-founder is strategic, commercially minded, and emotionally intelligent. Someone who understands systems, people, and long-term value not just short-term wins. Experience in operations, franchising, productising services, or scaling regulated businesses would be a big plus.
Most importantly, I’m looking for a partner who wants to build, not just advise someone who’s comfortable in the detail, resilient under pressure, and aligned with creating a credible, durable healthcare brand |
