I have an idea and I'm looking for a Co-Founder
| Description | | | | Who am I: I'm a VAT and international tax specialist who's spent 27-years solving the exact problems that kill e-commerce expansion: cross-border tax compliance. Most recently working in a senior lead role at a Big 4 accounting firm in Atlanta, GA.
What I bring: Deep domain expertise that took 27 years to build. I know which 200+ validation rules matter, what edge cases break systems, and how to translate complex regulations into clear automation logic. I can validate whether your AI is giving correct tax advice, something current generic solution cannot do.
Currently in Atlanta.

| What am I looking for | | | | The idea: I've seen thousands of companies struggle with VAT compliance when expanding from the US to Canada and Europe. The current solutions are too expensive, not flexible or generic software gets the rules wrong. I'm building AI-powered VAT compliance automation for cross-border e-commerce to automate this using AI fine-tuned on actual tax regulations.
What I need: A technical co-founder who can fine-tune LLMs, integrate (government) APIs, e.g. VIES, CRA, HMRC Shopify, etc., and build the validation engine. Someone who's built fintech or compliance systems before and understands that 99 percent accuracy isn't good enough when there are legal consequences. Already started working on the MVP.
Ready to commit full-time on equity. Looking for a partner who is fully committed and wants to build a real business, not just flip for a quick exit. |
