| Description | | | | I’m the founder of a digital agency based in Switzerland, active since 1997. Over the past 28 years I’ve built websites, managed SEO, and supported a wide range of clients in different industries. My strength lies in business development, client acquisition, and marketing — I already have a solid client base and a marketing team in place.
What is your background?
My expertise is not in coding, but in building and scaling digital services. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, from small businesses to larger organizations, and I understand how to position, sell, and grow a digital product. I know how to create distribution channels and can leverage my existing network to launch new solutions in Switzerland, and later expand to France and Italy.
How would you contribute to a startup?
I bring sales power, marketing strategy, and an established network of paying clients. I can handle everything from market positioning to generating leads and closing deals, allowing my co-founder to focus on product development.

| What am I looking for | | | | i everyone,
I’m the founder of a digital agency based in Switzerland. We’ve been around for 28 years, building websites, managing SEO, and supporting clients across multiple industries. We already have a strong client network and a marketing team that’s ready to sell the right products once they’re built.
I’m now looking for a developer partner to collaborate on two projects:
1. Online Calendar (PHP, existing project)
This platform is already functional and live.
It has a Google Calendar sync, but right now it only works one way due to a bug in an old script.
I’m looking for someone to review and fix this bug, and then help evolve the project.
We will sell it first in Switzerland, then expand to France and Italy.
Partnership model: you contribute development, and share in the future revenues.
2. New SaaS Platform (greenfield project)
This is a bigger, long-term project.
The idea targets webmasters and web agencies and, as far as I know, has no real competition right now.
A lot of potential: we see it as a tool that could scale internationally.
Recommended tech stack (based on advice I’ve gathered):
REST/GraphQL API with Node.js/NestJS or Laravel
Tailwind + Next.js frontend
PostgreSQL / Supabase
Vercel/Netlify for frontend hosting
Railway/Render for backend hosting
Partnership model: ideally you develop at low cost or for free at the start, and earn commissions/revenue share once we go to market.
What I’m looking for
A developer who is competent, reliable, and ideally excited by the idea of building and owning part of a product.
Someone who sees value in a long-term partnership, not just a one-off gig.
We take care of sales, marketing, and client acquisition – your role is to build and improve the product. |
