| Description | | | | I am a hands-on entrepreneur focused on deploying new businesses, turning ideas into services and products, and achieving product-market fit by quickly validating hypotheses based on facts, research, and data. As the founder and manager of a startup for 8 years, I have taken on a major role in all phases of two companies, from developing and validating the business model and product to hiring and training teams, making investments, and defining strategies.
With a systemic view, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset, I am able to understand the entire business, including its connections with product areas. I can improve processes and adopt best practices, manage and mentor teams to achieve goals and targets, and take a product-oriented view that centers on real user needs and reducing lead times for fast validation of ideas, while also managing cross-functional teams. I have a strong ability to discuss technical implementations and system architecture with tech teams.
In addition, I have past experience in financial and credit services, B2B and B2C marketplaces, e-commerce, SEO, SEM, performance marketing, mailing systems, microservices, search engines, tagging, API, integrations, AWS, encryption, GDPR, and more. Over the last 5 years, I have gained more experience in fintech, hrtech, and cybersecurity, working for medium-sized (1500 employees) to pre-revenue startups. Now, I am ready to return to entrepreneurship. |
