| Description | | | | I have been process consultant all my working life. I have passion for processes and process related challenges. I have domain experience in this area.
Having domain experience gives me inside knowledge and insight that there is BIG GAP in process that are created and that actually in reality takes run.
In a "process-life" processes keep changing with senior management's vision and directions and many a times process changes (for better or worse) by the line staff as they may know more about process and how to make it better.
Hence organisations do not know how their processes are working in reality, through process mining we are able to do so. Hence able to remove bottlenecks, unnecessary dependencies, create highway processes, automate repeated transactions and hence save time, effort and money.
Hence processes need to be extracted from the system to be studied and analysed, and improved. |
