| Description | | | | I come with 15 years of overall experience in Process Quality, Innovation, Operational Risk Management, Audits, and Workforce Management (WFM). First 9 years of my career was with Sutherland Global Services as Operations Manager. Later, I served as the Assistant Director, Head of Innovation and Quality Management for the Big Four, Ernst and Young GDS for its Japan, MENA locations. He left this role in 2020 to be part of the founding team of Sociable Tech Ventures Pvt Ltd.
As a propitious entrepreneur, I have founded, operated and sold companies in fast food industry, transportation sector, and IT Web/mobile development. Passionate about creating business plans and doing business recovery, I have established myself as a successful business consultant and Operations lead. |
