| What am I looking for | | | | We're disrupting the multi-billion pound tour industry through our use of technology, by offering 'semi-private' tours, where friends and families can experience the culture and history of destinations without spending their whole trip with 15-50 strangers.
Our tours are between 4-14 days in length and have the best local experiences included in our prices as standard. They're also more environmentally friendly, joining excursions and day trips provided by local partners that are already running, rather than creating extra emissions that our competitors do.
Our competitive advantage comes from our tours being extremely flexible and can be created without any fixed overheads on them. Our competitors have to offer a coach, coach driver, and dedicated tour guide, so can only offer certain weeks of the year, and have to hit minimum passenger numbers to break even. Our tours can be created much quicker, with no minimum passenger numbers, no fixed overheads on the tours, and due to the lower costs, we can include more excursions and activities.
We have over 40 tours ready to buy, and enquiries are regularly coming in. Everything is ready to start making sales.
We’re looking for someone with sales experience, who can start selling to our enquiries straight away, as well as building B2B partnerships and an affiliate network. Long-term the role will be leading the sales and business development side of the business. |
