| Description | | | | My name is Alessandro, I'm 31 years old and based in the North of Italy. For the last seven years I've been working as a strategy consultant for Roland Berger, a management consulting firm with European roots, where I currently work as a Senior Project Manager. During the last years as a consultant I have been focusing on Financial Services, especially on launching digital products, payments and consumer finance solutions. I have gained exposure to both strategic and implementation oriented projects, which gave me the chance to develop both a strategic perspective (mission, vision, value proposition, business plan) and strong orientation towards results and making things happen within a short timeframe. |

| What am I looking for | | | | My idea is about a platform which I like to define (in a reductive way) "Fiverr for Travel". Basically it's a platform where consumers can schedule 30-60 mins calls with "travel experts" to receive travel advice about some destinations they want to reach (which the travel expert knows and where he/she has already been in the past). After the call, the travel expert proposes a dedicated support to the customer in actually planning the travel (in full or partially) and making all the reservations (this activity would be handled offline by us or a third party travel agency). When everything is planned, the customer has the opportunity to pay for the travel one off or can pay in installments by leveraging a small loan provided by another third party.
I am looking for a technical cofounder preferably with experience in the travel space or with previous experience in digital solutions. |
